WHAT IS AGRICULTURE???  Agriculture came from two latin words, AGER (means SOIL) and CULTURA (means CULTIVATION).  The science, art, or practice of cultivating the soil, producing crops, and raising livestock and in varying degrees the preparation and marketing of the resulting products.  Agriculture is the science and art of cultivating plants and livestock.

Technology transfer, also called transfer of technology (TOT), is the process of transferring technology from one place to another or one nation to another nation . It occurs along various axes: among universities, from universities to businesses, from large businesses to smaller ones, from governments to businesses, across borders, both formally and informally, and both openly and surreptitiously.
