National parliament, and then it is sent to the National Economic
Council (NEC)
NEC confirms and accepts the plan and then it is launched to
ECNEC for ultimate approving.
From ECNEC, the plan goes to Ministry of Planning
After that it helps to formulate and implement the policies and also
reviews the impact on the projects on the economy.
