Dear Director of Human Resources:
I'm submitting a letter to express my strong desire to be considered for the position Teacher. I fully believe I'm
qualified to fill the position and make great contributions to encourage the growth of the organization. A
brief review of my career working experience will reveal what I can contribute to your organization:
I have over 24 years of experience working in the childcare field. In efforts to succeed in life I believe that
helping people provides me with a sense of accomplishment. There is no greater satisfaction than being a
part of something where a difference has been made and creating more positive optimistic outlooks on life
for all children. I have enjoyed the opportunity to teach a diverse group of children, including those with
ADD/ADHD, autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, speech impairments, noncompliant behavior, learning
disabilities, and physical challenges. These experiences have helped me blossom into a well-rounded and
compassionate individual, who takes each student’s unique goals, needs and interest into account, and
creates effective lesson plans and activities to accommodate them. Experience writing and implementing
professional and effective IFSP’S and IEP’S.
I'm convinced that I can provide you with the detailed information needed for you to see what positive
contributions I could make if given the chance to come in for an interview.
At your earliest convenience please contact me at 910-808-8008, or send me an email.
Sincerely,
Ramona Jean Williams
