  1. 1. Engineer Senior Engineer Principal Engineer Engineering reviews conducted monthly and yearly. We offer hands on development training for all engineers. PREMIER offers 9 levels of engineering advancement.
  2. 2. Engineer Engineer 1 - 3 The sole focus of these three levels is to build their technical skills. These engineers should have a basic knowledge of estimating engineering labor, and be independent with FAT, SAT and shakedown activities. All engineers have a solid understanding of PREMIER processes, standards, and project cycle.
  3. 3. Senior Engineer Senior Engineer 1 - 3 Senior Engineer’s provide technical leadership for medium size, medium complex projects. Our Engineers can independently estimate engineering labor, and be proficient with solution architecting and project management.
  4. 4. Principal Engineer Principal Engineer 1 - 3 Principal Engineers are expected to need little direction and oversight and provide mentoring in technical areas frequently. They are expected to have a high level of productivity and a strong work ethic.
