Each Table Has:
1. A Meaningful Question
2. A Facilitator (pick one)
3. Collaboration Supplies
(butcher paper &
stickies)
The Agile Cafe
Agenda:
• Kickoff & Instructions (15 min)
• Café Table Sessions (10 min/session)
– Each participant attends table of his/her choice
except Facilitators (Facilitators stay @ their
table)… max 8 per table.
– Participants “swarm” the issue and offer
recommendations
– Participants rotate to any another table after 10
minutes.
– Repeat the exercise.
• Facilitator reports on the top items/ issues /
recommendations (5 min)
• Total time: 1.5 hours
• Action items for follow up:
