I know exactly how you feel, I spent the first 15 years
of my adulthood struggling with the same issues,
taking care of everyone else’s feelings and desires
while ignoring mine, living up to the box society,
community and family put me in not wanting to
disappoint anyone making them happy while being
miserable myself.
Later on, I learned that what we don’t have we can’t
give; so if I wasn’t happy I can’t make anyone else
happy. , if I didn’t love myself I couldn’t offer proper
love or attract the right kind of love.

Reinventing Yourself:
First things first
As in any transformation in order to solve an issue,
solve a problem, find a remedy for a financial, personal
or health issue you need to dig the ROOTS; meaning
you need to go deep to find the roots of the situation
and not only treat the symptoms.
If you just treat the symptoms they will come back
sooner or later with a vengeance

The root of getting stuck
1. Living in the past: Conditioning limitation of your mind by old
patterns and habits takes over your life
2. Keep looking at ONLY the future: Always being worried, anxious
or even fearful of what the future holds or what can happen.
3. Not living in the present: Your awareness leaves the present
moment and wonder in the catastrophes of the past making it a
benchmark for future events so you start worrying about the future,
and it becomes a vicious circle

Reinventing Yourself
Reinventing yourself is about getting unstuck to transform life to a
boundless one:
You will learn how to define the unique path that works only for you leading
you to a better, meaningful, happy and a fulfilled life that you SO deserve.

Live in the Present
• Stop comparing today to yesterday: Every
day is a new start and a fresh beginning
• Do not refer to yourself as “who you were” in
the past, that is an illusion of the real you.
• If you find yourself defining yourself by your
limitations, thinking the same old patterns, or
speaking self-defeating words you need to
stop and tell yourself “I am not that person
anymore”

Scientific research shows that anyone can
create new habits from 21 to 30 days as long
as they go through the process of change,
doing same steps consciously in the same
manner it becomes an automatic reflex or
habit. The brain is capable of creating new
pavement pathways to change routes to
creating new sub routes and channels, it is
the beauty of neuroplasticity.

When you deny yourself CHANGE that is
needed for a better life, you do actually deny
yourself the worthiness that you are.
You deny yourself a life that is at your
fingertips to grab, you deny yourself
happiness.
Every single person wants to live happy, no
matter how happiness is defined by them

making you a CEO, only YOU can do that

• Taking shortcuts, follow a couple steps “Et Voilà”

• About outsourcing any part of it, you need to go
through the process

• A self-help system to let you become who you
meant to be no matter how small or simple it is
• About metamorphosing you to who you always
wanted to be even, if you are not sure who you
want to be or what you need to do.
• About shedding the shackles that are holding you
down to become who you want to be, not who
others think you should be
• Becoming successful and happy on your own
terms, your own definition no matter what it is

Reinventing Yourself Process Foundation
1st step
• Realize you hold the keys to your kingdom
• No one can make you feel or do anything you do not
want to feel or do no matter what
• You have the power of how you react to whatever
happens to you, you might not control what happens to
you but you control how you react
• Need to have a sense of your SELF, and accept
responsibility of everything that is happening to you.
• No one can make whole except you.

2nd Step:
• Define your boundaries
• Your rules of engagement,
• Your non-negotiables, or who you are at the core.
• Look at what defined you for the longest time, do you
want to keep it going? Do you want to change it as a
whole? Do you want to change bits and pieces? Do
you want to change most of it?
• Seek Clarity

3rd Step:
• Know who you are
• What are your core values?
• Know how you identify yourself (Job Titles) which
doesn’t define who you are
• Start thinking about the personal value you bring to
this world, regardless of how you think about it
• What is the value you brought to your jobs
