This is any bullying that is
done by speaking, touch,
Stealing, shoving, hitting,
fighting , calling names,
spreading rumors,
threatening somebody, and
making fun of others and is
one of the most common
types of bullying. In this
type of bullying the main
weapon the bully uses is
their voice and their body.

This is any bullying
that happens over
any technological
device or expression.
This includes email,
instant messaging,
social networking
sites, text messages,
and cell phones.
9. Overcoming bullying
• Think it is a challenge and you have to conquer it.
• Be brave and confident
• Look after your health.
• Don’t see it as a problem.
• Always take your parents in confidence.
• Don’t isolate yourself.
• This is a fight against sheer cowardice can be won by
intelligence and faith in oneself.
• Always remember bullying is a crime. Try to ignore the
bully and walk away.
• If possible write a mail on daily basis to yourself as well as
your trusted adult.
