Smartphones: When is the first and last time you check yours?

Nearly half (46%) of Americans say they check their smartphones as soon as they wake up, while they’re still in bed, according to ReportLinker’s survey results. This is especially true of Millennials, 66% of whom say it’s the first thing they do before getting out of bed. 75% of Ameircans say they keep their smartphones active all day and night, and a staggering 83% of Millennials say they do. In fact, disconnecting can be hard. More than half of Americans say their last check is right before bed – and 13% say they disconnect only after they’ve gotten into bed for the night.
