Product Profile


Our company is called Cloud gaming and we offer a premium gaming service without having to leave
    your house. The whole point of our company is that we are completely online and with our
    Cloud Gaming console you can download games from our storefront and play online as long as
    you have a working Wi-Fi connection.


We have produced previous products such as our Cloud Gaming Wireless Headset which was
    completley compatible with any console and will be also with ours. It means you can chat to you
    friends and fellow gamers who are playing the same games as you. We have also created a
    Cloud Gaming Keyboard and mouse, which is compatible with our console as well as any other
    pc, mac or console.


Our target audience is Gamers. Young or old anybody who is interested in gaming will love our
     console and we think they will love how innovative it is. We think they will like the fact it is all
     online and you don’t have to leave the house to purchase games and how everything is stored
     on the cloud.


Our company has had much success before with our gaming accessories and we thought it was time
    we released our very own games console and we hope it has as much success as our previous
    products.

Industry Structure

When it was first conceived, the gaming industry was seen as nothing more but a niche hobby for kids and teenage
    boys, but it is now a multi-billion pound industry that easily rivals the film industry in terms of revenue and prestige.
    But because the industry is so young, it is constantly changing and evolving. The gaming industry is made up of
    the following institutions; developer – publisher – distributor – hardware and then consumer. A publisher is
    responsible for the distribution and advertisement of the game, and takes the main portion of the profits from a
    game. A developer is responsible for actually making the game, and attending conferences to advertise their
    game, although this would be payed for by the publisher.


Is there space in the industry for us?
Yes, we are using a new type of technology to deliver a cheaper, faster and overall better entertainment experience.
      Current methods for gaming are expensive and consoles usually lose

Strengths:
•    Our services are completely online.
•    Cheap and affordable.
•    Unique.
Weakness:
•   Our Company’s weakness is that all our service is online, If our servers go down so do our services.
•   No refunds.
•   Broadband strength could limit what games you play.
Opportunities:
•    The opportunity our company has is that nearly everyone has broadband. And the gaming community is growing as
     a whole.
•    Our servers are exclusively UK so we have an opportunity to take our servers abroad.
•    More and more people are shopping from home, and our storefront is completely online so people can access it
     easily.
Threats:
•   Bigger companies such as Sony and Microsoft.
•   Internet hackers.
•   The recession.

We have come here today to ask you for a £200,000 investment for
           a 25% stake in our company (Cloud Gaming)

 We will use this money to produce the consoles get them on the
              market for the general public to purchase.


Our unique selling points our that our console is cheap, completely
  online, easily compatible with other company's and allowing our
        audience to have a good variety of games and other
                            entertainment.
 After we get the console out on the market we intend to come up
       with and develop new ideas that are compatible with our
               console and will help our company grow.
