We are working with a well respected Professional Services Brand, with strong links to the Banking sector who are looking to
recruit a Chief Operating Officer to take the leadership of their group operations and to support the overall direction of the business
through a period of change and ongoing development.
The Role
The role reports into the CEO and you will be a member of the Executive Committee with responsibility for their group functions
(including Finance, HR, IT and Facilities) - with seven direct reports.
This is a new role, so you will be able to develop it as appropriate, but current activities include:
• Taking ownership for developing best practice and processes across all the functions and making sure that they are applied
effectively.
• Supporting the organisation through a period of change, in particular the Executive, and ensuring they are providing a
premium service to their clients.
• Developing their corporate governance structures and ensure that it is “best in class”.
The Person
The successful candidate will currently be a COO for a similar type or organisation, or alternatively have a background of leading
more than one of the key functions that you will be responsible for. You will be comfortable working with, and influencing senior
Executives and have proven experience of supporting a business through a period of change.
