Students/Teachers must form a partnership with technology.
This idea has been around since 1992 (20 years). Why are we still having problems
implementing ICT in our classrooms/schools?
Eg)
Staff not wanting to change
Impossible to keep up with rapid development
Inadequate PD for staff
Filtering/usage policies
