I am writing a recommendation for Robert Coutinho as a Project Manager. Robb has worked
under me for six months here and I have found him to be a valuable asset to the team. He
demonstrates admirable leadership skills and works tirelessly as a collegial teammate. He is
courteous and respectful to all he works with or around. He has developed detailed project
reports, organized and delivered informational project meetings, and thoroughly communicates
to the team and to senior management.
Regardless of the chaos surrounding a project, his communication style is calm and direct,
allowing others to stay focused on the tasks at hand and move towards a successful
resolution. He is familiar with and has worked within the Scrum and Agile processes and
understands their strengths and weaknesses. He has successfully worked with the SDLC within
our company.
