Duties include:
Support Service Division for DHA that supports all Military Services and medical community or
affiliated programs. Currently administer the Warrior Care Program Service Contract and the
Nurse Advisory Line (NAL) for CONUS and OCONUS Support. Administration of current
and/or in progress contracts in excess of $600M. Produce all documentation from solicitation to
contract. Served in Source Selection requirements as a Contracting Specialist, past performance
evaluation team and as Source Selection Authority for multi-million dollar requirements. Executed
contracting actions utilized FAR part 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, 19 and 37 while adhering to FAR part 5, 6, 9,
10. Developed Source Selection Decision Document, Source Selection Plans, Acquisition Strategy,

Managed 87 contracting professionals within the operational section. Provided center and operational
division guidance on all enlisted matters. Maintained crucial commander programs to include the
development of DAWIA contracting level training. Trained and developed professionals to deploy to
all regions of the world in support of the U.S. Air Force and its sister forces, DoD and NATO
partners.
Maintained military discipline of 27 Airmen and adhered to military customs and courtesies. Assisted
on the updating of Contingency Contracting Officers training curriculum used Air Force wide.
(Aug 2011 – Sep 2012 Moron ABS, Spain) Contracting Unit Superintendents – Assisted Flight
Commander to manage 11 personnel (civilian/military) flight with a $4M budget. The office also
administered $500M base support contract that encompassed all functions that are not inherently
government duties.
(Aug 2007 – Aug 2011 Spangdahlem AB, Germany) Contracting Officer/Team Lead - Performed
acquisition planning to include analyzing purchase requests and technical documents for suitability
and determining the proper contracting method and contract type. Prepared and distributed
solicitations. Evaluated offers, including cost or price analysis, contractor responsibility and
responsiveness to solicitation, and evaluated other selected factors (e.g., quality, contractor
management and delivery, etc.). Selected contract source, assembled contracts, and made awards.
