LEASE RENT COMMENCEMENT DATE: The date of handover of property for occupation and use. ADVANCE RENT: One Month Rent Paid in advance. SECURITY: An interest free refundable security deposit equivalent to 6 (Six) month rent. The Deposit shall be refunded at the end of the Lease term & upon surrendering possession of the said premises. PROPERTY TAXES: The present incidence of property tax/cess/charge in Noida is Nil. In case of any levies in property tax/cess/charge imposed by the appropriate authority as may be applicable to the demised premises the same shall be payable by S. B Software Pvt. Ltd. Pvt. Ltd. Service Tax on Rent to be paid by the Lesee if applicable. 7. RENEWAL The Lease Deed shall be renewable on the same terms and conditions after the initial 5 years.
