the future of
personal
transportation.

No concern for the established system
Cars drive on roads, pedestrians walk on the sidewalk.
Where would the Segway go?
No perspective
Cars park in special zones bikes go on racks. Where would
you store your Segway before and after jour journey?
No context
People need to transport their groceries or commute 20
miles to work. The Segway can not do any of that.

to be complicated.
Leaving the office for a couple of hours equipped
with a pen, paper and some stickers is enough to
return with a rich set of new insights.

room of the service center as well as the
service employees and asked them about
their motivations, problems or other reasons
for visiting the service center that day.

prototype in 20 minutes and
gathered valuable feedback to the
concept & design of the first Sprint.
It is now presented to the client and
stakeholders and will influence
further iterations.

A rapid UseLab enables your team to quickly get insights and get a first feeling of
where your product is heading. 

It is easily setup: prepare a prototype with up to three tasks, invite five collegues,
to test, have someone guide through the interview and 2 people to take notes.

We validated our mobile prototype within one of our speed-testing events, using the
so called „laptop hugging method“ an approach that allows for very easy mobile
device testing (even remote if necessary) and works really well.

No context People need to transport their groceries or commute 20 miles to work. The Segway can not do any of that.
