presentation team with presenting hard bid to owner. After the job began, I then became the construction
manager for the building of the project. This consisted of inspecting all construction trades working on
project. Worked with project superintendent to insure project came in on time and within

morale and efficiency by utilizing several new vendors/subcontractors.
• Administered the estimating and negotiation of two $9M assisted living facilities in which one
was awarded. Reduced labor costs and competed a project 18 days ahead of schedule by
researching and purchasing a better roofing and siding product. Saved costs by introducing a new
sheathing method for roof decking
• Administered on-schedule estimate for a $25M student housing project at the University of North
