Every organization, regardless of the field, has administrative duties that need to be handled in order for the organization to remain organized and run efficiently.

Communication
Knowledge Utilization
Since it is not a fad and it is a revolution of marketing and communication, a district committee has been established for the Social Media.
This year 2014/2015 was an analytical based year more than an executional one.
Best returns are expected in two years depending on the engagement of District team in the process of awareness and interaction.
In order to understand the role of District chair committee and AGs we need to know the SMC role and the PI committee role and should be able to differentiate between them.
At the heart of every club, Strong meaningful committee
Marketing Officer – to promote the image of Rotary
PR Officer – to create the newsworthy stories and raise the profile
Bulletin Editor – to inform internally
Webmaster – to create and maintain the external club image

In unified marketing, you cross promote your communications media.
