District 2451 Main Membership Challenges
• Membership decrease in the last 3 years
• High age range in most of the clubs
• Unavailability of sound gender analysis
• Need to attract young generations
• Lack of understanding of “classification” concept
• Negative effect of weak and small clubs on
membership growth.
• No system to trace “Retention”

1. Encourage and challenge clubs leaders and members to reach
out for new members
2. Promote awareness of clubs on new “Retention techniques”
3. Attract high caliber new members by utilizing the newly formed
“Social Media “ committee
4. Enhance members engagement in clubs and district activities
and leadership positions
Continued
5. Expansion of 3 new clubs yearly in remote areas that need service,
with special focus on new generations
6. Strengthen or merge weak and small clubs with special attention on
clubs in provinces and satellite cities
7. Implement the new “Classification system”, and fill missing ones
8. Introduce creative less costly methods specially for new generations

  • 4.  CURRENTLY D2451 REACHED 1878 MEMBERS, AN INCREASE OF ABOUT 31 NEW MEMBERS OVER 9 MONTHS.  THIS DOES NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL STATUS SINCE WE GAINED NEW 53 ACTIVE MEMBERS AND THE CLUBS CANCELLED AN EQUAL NUMBER OF INACTIVE MEMBERS.  4 CLUBS ARE CURRENTLY UNDER FORMATION, 1 OF WHICH IS A NEW GENERATION CLUB

District 2451 Main Membership Challenges • Membership decrease in the last 3 years • High age range in most of the clubs • Unavailability of sound gender analysis • Need to attract young generations • Lack of understanding of “classification” concept • Negative effect of weak and small clubs on membership growth. • No system to trace “Retention”

  • 8. Plan to achieve the 3 years objectives 1. Encourage and challenge clubs leaders and members to reach out for new members 2. Promote awareness of clubs on new “Retention techniques” 3. Attract high caliber new members by utilizing the newly formed “Social Media “ committee 4. Enhance members engagement in clubs and district activities and leadership positions
  • 9. Continued 5. Expansion of 3 new clubs yearly in remote areas that need service, with special focus on new generations 6. Strengthen or merge weak and small clubs with special attention on clubs in provinces and satellite cities 7. Implement the new “Classification system”, and fill missing ones 8. Introduce creative less costly methods specially for new generations
