● Rotary Club in Lima Peru decided to fully sponsor him for RYE
● Supposed to go to Brazil - last minute changed to Canada
● Had been in Portuguese lessons - no English literacy
● Don was sending his Canadian Club allowance home monthly
● How to plan and mitigate issues for this exchange for
inbound Club during exchange and outbound Club on
return
