This document discusses analog transmission and digital-to-analog conversion. It is a presentation by the team Blackhole from Sylhet International University. The team members are listed. The presentation will discuss analog transmission, digital-to-analog conversion, and analog-to-analog modulation. It defines analog transmission and digital-to-analog conversion. It also discusses bit and baud rates. The types of digital-to-analog modulation covered are ASK, FSK, PSK, and QAM. Implementations of these modulations are shown. Finally, it discusses the three types of analog-to-analog modulation: amplitude modulation, frequency modulation, and phase modulation.

3. WHAT WE WILL DISCUSS
• Analog transmission
• Digital-to-analog conversion
• Analog-to-analog modulation
4. ANALOG TRANSMISSION
An analog transmission is a transmission method of conveying
voice, data, image, signal or video information using a
continuous signal which varies in amplitude, phase, or some
other property in proportion to that of a variable.
14. MODULATION OF DIGITAL DATA: QAM
• QUADRATURE AMPLITUDE MODULATION
• COMBINATION OF ASK AND PSK
• BANDWIDTH : THE SAME AS THAT REQUIRED FOR ASK
AND PSK
18. ANALOG-TO-ANALOG MODULATION
• Analog-to-analog conversion is the representation of analog
information by an analog signal
• Modulation is needed if the medium is bandpass in nature or if
only a bandpass channel is available to us
19. THREE KINDS OF ANALOG-TO-ANALOG
a. Amplitude Modulation
b. Frequency Modulation
c. Phase Modulation
Thanks Juman
Now I’m continue to my discussion
Ok
Basically Digital to Analog Modulation are 4 types they are…
ASK Amplitude Sift keying
FSK Frecuency
Psk Phase
QAM Quadrature amplitude modulation
Now ill discuss about Amplitude shift keying
What is the meaning of ask?
The meaning of ask is amplitude shift keying
What is ASK ?
From the previus sentens we can easily understand that
Ask is a form of amplitude modulation that represents digital data as variations in the amplitude of a carrier wave
In an ask system the binary symbol 1 is represented by transmitting a fixed amplitude carrier wave and fixed frequency for a bit duration of t seconds
And then ill say about implementation of ask
Here we see digital signal , carrier signal and modulated signal about ask
For batter undersstan we use analysis software
That is MAT lab
Which is more efficient way to visualized
And then I discuss about fsk
Frequency shift keying
What is fsk?
Fsk is method of transmitting digital signals the 2 binary sate logic 0 and 1
Are each represented by an analog wave form.
We also try to visualized fsk by matlab
Here we see digital signal , carrier signal and modulated signal about fsk
I would like to invite my another team member Mr. Habibur Rahman
Plese come to explore yor topics
Phase shift keying
Psk is the methosd of digital communication in which the phase of transmitted signal is varied to convey information.
There are several methods that can be used to a accomplish psk.
It is used to
The simplest PSK technique is called binary phase-shift keying (BPSK). It uses two opposite signal phases (0 and 180 degrees). The digital signal is broken up timewise into individual bits (binary digits). The state of each bit is determined according to the state of the preceding bit. If the phase of the wave
QAM (quadrature amplitude modulation) is a method of combining two amplitude- modulated (AM) signals into a single channel, thereby doubling the effective bandwidth.
QAM is being used in optical fiber systems as bit rates increase;
Here 1st one is for 4 QAM
And second one ofr 8 QAM consaltaion diagram
This is the actual sinario of 8 qam
We generate of signal using previos given constellation diagram
Modulation is the addition of information to an electronic or optical signal carrier .
Basically there are 3 types of a to a modulation
AM in which the voltage applied to the carrier is varied over time
FM in which the frecuancy of the carrier wave form is varied in small but meaningful amounts.
PM in which the natural flow of the alternating current wave form is delayed temporarily
