Task: Co-ordinate with the head office in Dubai to set up the next gen room type superset (a
committee headed by me consists of market manager, 2 reservation supervisor, 1 reservation agent,
rooms division and front office manager) to be in conjugation with CRS, PMS, and MHR website as a
first step for 2 ways system mapping interface implementation.

Place: Moevenpick Sharm EL Sheikh 302 (5* Hotel).
Task: Co-ordinate with the head office in Dubai to set up the next gen room type superset (a
committee headed by me consists of market manager, 2 reservation supervisor, rooms division and
the front office manager) to be in conjugation with CRS, PMS, and MHR website as a first step for 2

Task: Head of reservation and revenue department direct report to DOSM & Africa Revenue , dotted

- Facilitate and drive the Hotel business strategy ensuring optimum yield and revenue
opportunities for the property
- Initiate and drive the weekly revenue meeting and appropriate follow-Up and action.
- Measure total revenue performance against strategy and targets
- Actively monitors the competitive environment and elaborates revenue optimizing tactics
and strategies in order to maximize the RGI
- Development the strategic business plan process with sales

- Define the group strategy, availability and pricing guidelines and communicate on a regular

- Optimize the revenue from the Group segments Fairs, Incentive, Meetings and Corporate
including function room optimization.
- Review each group request that is over the group ceiling and ensure requests are reviewed
using a displacement calculation.
- Introduce and maintain the annual calendar of events and expected demand guide
