5. Automotive Center
ChangingGears helps individuals advance their lives
out of poverty by providing affordable vehicles to
purchase or to lease. The expansion will construct a
new garage, creating the space to serve more
clients and equip ChangingGears to launch an
automotive technician training program!

6. Construction training
Cornerstone Construction Training prepares
individuals for a career in construction by equipping
them with the hands-on training and certifications
they need to be successful in the industry. The
expansion will help formalize a training space that
will allow Cornerstone Construction Training to
continue to scale, providing more career
opportunities for more clients.

7. Childcare CENTER
Learning Grove operates a 5 Star-Rated Early Head
Start childcare program within CityLink Center. In
addition to full-time childcare, they offer invaluable
temporary childcare for parents engaged in services
at CityLink. The expansion will help construct a new
five-classroom facility, doubling their previous
capacity.

8. Employment & Career Training
To rapidly connect clients to meaningful entry-level
work, we have partnered with Roots, a local,
purpose-driven temporary-to-permanent staffing
agency. The campaign will provide a dedicated space
for employment training and job placement services,

9. HIGHER ED STUDY SPACE
PelotonU offers a path for individuals to earn their
Associate and Bachelor’s degrees from accredited,
competency-based, online education providers. The
capital campaign will provide a study space and
tutoring room for PelotonU students.
