With 50 new screens, the new Lightning Experience

now create approval processes so that
supervisors can review posts before they
are published. Admins can create
approval processes in Setup; agents can
submit, recall, and retry posts from the
case feed; and supervisors can approve
or reject pending posts in a variety of
