- I would kick off by saying something along the lines of wanting to show this important IT Contacts group the close integration and collaboration that takes place across MBA, IT and Doctoral to ensure a flawwless start-up. This is just one of the more significant examples of the operation work that takes place behind the scenes to ensure key school events happen seamlessly. Speak a very high-level about how this is the second year we’re using the task list model to support this event and how successful it was last year. I also left a couple Xs for the total tasks and number of people involved. Can you add those in? And, please add if there are other key overview items that you think would make a good desciptor.
- Can we update these graphic slides with what we know about doctoral to the best of our ability, but note this is the first time we’re applying the task list model so we expect the numbers to grow as requirements are finalized with Doctoral Programs
- Can we add anything here for doctoral at this point?
- Recommended talking points – set these slides up by saying you’ll be showing the major milestone dates for all key planning and execution events, noting there are several beginning in June that are critical to success, but overall I wouldn’t spend too much time on the actuals here. I think just showing the breadth of activity will be good
