1. What’s My Life’s Purpose?
When I was young I didn’t know my purpose,
and until now, I am figuring out. No, seriously.
When we’re young, we’re carefree and we
seem to be thinking ‘Come what may.’
Well, who wouldn’t? Our parents are always
there.
Always there to support us—financially,
emotionally, spiritually and all the rest of the “-
ly” terms you could come up with.
Okay, now.
As we’re beginning to explore the world, and
meet the ***holes, our perspectives change.
(Or do they?)
At work, we meet all sorts of people, with
diverse culture, beliefs and maybe ‘principles’
2. and these things can drastically affect us, in a
negative or in a positive way.
And all of those things we go through our lives
(believe it or not), would make us ask, “What’s
my life’s purpose?”
For those who have been tired of day-to-day
living, time in and out of the office, deadlines
and routines, they start to wear out (and
maybe become sluggish) to move forward, and
come to think,
“Is this how I would be for the rest of this
lifetime?”
But then again, if you begin discovering your
purpose, and your ‘niche,’ you’ll start gaining a
more positive life outlook you never had
imagined.
3. As you notice, time seems to fly fast when
you’re enjoying what you’re doing (your
purpose), and time seems to be stuck (like a
wall clock that ran out of battery) that days feel
like years when you’re bored, uninterested or
SICK AND TIRED of what you’re doing.
And again, you’ll ask, “What’s life really in store
for me?”
If you have not noticed yet, you might have
been complaining all your life that you don’t
move forward; that you feel like the whole
world is against you; and that you’re
unfortunate.
Wrong.
If you don’t, at least, like what you’re doing
(career), get out of it. I am not tolerating your
whining or wallowing, but if you were unhappy
4. with your present situation, then it may NOT be
where your PURPOSE is.
If you’re getting to what I am trying you to
figure out, then you could get to change your
mind, perhaps, to start looking for your
purpose (your passion, a place/niche where you
are happy, interested and satisfied).
Then if you’re simply not doing anything to
change your situation, why ask “What’s my
purpose?”
It is as simple as, “Money won’t fall from the
tree.” Just thinking, procrastinating or
wallowing does not take you anywhere but to
square one. You are just going to stay where
you are and are going to work what you are
used to because you are not making a move
towards your purpose/niche/place on earth.
5. The next time you complain, you better ask
yourself: “Am I working towards my purpose?”
Or “Am I just complaining of my current
situation?”
Simply, you don’t have the right to complain of
something you hate to do or about a certain
situation you are currently in, if you are not
DOING ANYTHING.
It’s time to reflect, guys.
