Clarity Health Journal is built around your family. One
sign-in will give access to all the health records of your
family.
You define your family. It may include your parents
and children, or your partner and friends.
Allows searching across the family health records. For
instance, can search “flu shot” and immediately see
who had the flu shot when.
Allows multiple people caring for a person to access
the record (divorced parents, foster children, elderly
parents)
