the Kingdom as ‘Site-Administration’, since a period from Jan ‘2012 till Dec '2014

 Responsible for ensuring that all related documentation viz: Drawings,
Submittals, MoM, Hand-Over-Dossiers (Issued & Received) are
followed, monitored, maintained and updated & distribute to the Project
Manager, Concern Engineers, & Clients at Project-Sites for the project
inspections and presentation, also includes Site-Administration Duties.
 A sole responsibility was given to work with the management to provide
the role included preparation of general correspondence, site inter-
office memos and construction site office forms. Also provided the full
technical support in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly
reports which transmit updated manpower list, areas of concern and
progress reports to be submitted in the concerned departments for their
role.

 Manage and supervise the H.R / Administration activities and
preparation of employee’s attendance-sheet, MoM & Full & Final
Settlement process to ensure & maintain all the records updated.
 Over-all in charge of managing office procedure and documentation i. e.
preparation of all Submittals,Transmittals,Weekly report, Daily
Manpower report, Daily Progress report and update, Scan Submittals &
Transmittals Records. And also responsible for all receive & send mail.
 Responsible for timely reporting and submission of reports and carries-

4. Worked with ‘NAHIL COMPUTERS’, Riyadh, KSA, A Multi-National Computer
Distributor and Service Provider in the Kingdom, as ‘Admin-Executive’ since a
period from Sept ‘1998 till October ‘2001, for a period of (3) contract years.
 Prepared and updating records of all approved submittals and their
distribution clearly marked in the documents as per Company’s
procedure. Received, record, send and file incoming and outgoing
correspondences such as letters, memos and emails. Read and screened
incoming mail and reports..
 Prepare L/C & T.T for the client and follow bank for up-to-date
transaction. Simultaneously follow and trace with the shipping company
