Re: Recommendation for Scott Eilmann

Scott Eilmann interned with Key over the past two summers. I found Scott to be very enthusiastic,
communicative, professional, and eager to learn.
During his internships, Scott was involved in various projects which included extensive work in our Siebel
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. He also
assisted the project team that was responsible for implementing our new CRM, Salesforce.com.
I found Scott’s contributions to the various projects assigned to him to have been exemplary. His
dedication, hard work and sincerity enabled him to be a quick learner of our business. Scott was always
willing to take on additional responsibility if he saw an opportunity was available. The work that Scott
produced was always accurate, professional and within deadlines.
Of particular value to our team is the need for individuals to think outside the box. While Scott was still
learning our business, he excelled at seeking to understand his project and optimizing his tasks as well as
looking for creative and more efficient means to an end. Scott performed under minimal supervision
and met all expectations.
Scott is hardworking and eager to learn and has my highest recommendation, and I am happy to furnish
