3.Making Electrical List and BQ (Bill of Quantity) for electricalproject
4.Handling and supervising allcontractor w orks during the project.
5. Installation instrument electricalequipment (PLC schneider,omron,allen
bradley and sensor-sensor)
6.Trobelshoot "Norvidan" and "SERA" Scada System and i/o w ith plc modul
scheneider
7.Troubleshoot systemfeedmill if plant feedmill (User) can't solve the problem
Responsibility: Make sure all the proccess machine running properly (electricalor
mechanical) and support production departement to increase their capacity and
finally reporting all progress to Manager Repair & Maintenance. The job description
as below :
1. Accompany foreign vendor to installnew machine and make SOP for
these machine
2.Prevent and maintenance electrical all machine in Feedmill, Silo and Dryer
3. Make monthly report about stockof spare part electricalneeded
4. Make monthly report MTBF & OEE machine
5. Make calibration schedule for electricalinstrument (scale and sensor).
6. Supervising troubleshoot in panel PLC and Panel MCC
