6. Configuring a Tax Form Administrator
 Will receive notice of employees’ consent or withdraw for
the electronic tax form
 Name and email will appear in ESS under Tax Forms for
employee contact
 Different tax form administrator for each company

7. Go to Setup – Tax Forms – Configure Tax Form Parameters

8. Create New record or edit existing.

9. PUBLISH TAX FORMS

 Select tax Year from list

communications by only
releasing the W-2s of yourself
and a few other key members.
Go through consenting and
removing consent, as well as
viewing your W-2(s) to make
sure you understand the process
for your employees.

30. While employees can consent to receive their W-2 electronically,
Sentric will still produce a paper copy for all employees paid in
2015.
If you plan to mail the W-2s, remind
employees to verify their primary address in
SentricWorkforce ESS or on their pay
statement. If address changes are a routed task
within ESS, make sure to provide employees a
reasonable deadline to allow time for
approval.

Due to tax deposit restrictions and year-end
processing, January 4th is the last day to process a
2015 payroll and still make timely tax deposits.

Sentric will start processing 2015 W-2s and 4th quarter returns.
Week of 1.11.16
Look out for the communication from us that you may publish and release your online
W-2s. Also, we expect to ship all employer copies of 4th quarter returns and employee
W-2 forms. All employee W-2 forms will be shipped directly to your office for
distribution.

Furnish Copies B, C, and 2 to each person who was your employee during 2015.
