The webinar covered how to configure a tax form administrator, publish and release tax forms for a specific company and year, view forms in employee self-service, and set up email notifications. and a few other key members.
Go through consenting and
removing consent, as well as
viewing your W-2(s) to make
sure you understand the process
for your employees.

Sentric will still produce a paper copy for all employees paid in
2015.
If you plan to mail the W-2s, remind
employees to verify their primary address in
SentricWorkforce ESS or on their pay
statement. If address changes are a routed task
within ESS, make sure to provide employees a
reasonable deadline to allow time for
approval.

processing, January 4th is the last day to process a
2015 payroll and still make timely tax deposits.
