Automated email tool used to notify people within
your company when date or data event has occurred.
Immediately “written” to SentricWorkforce.
Can be used to create “To-Do” items.

Task driven event, rather than
date or field.
Routes can be thought of as a
signature process. Routed tasks
must be approved by one or more
people before content is added to
SentricWorkforce.
13. Features
Can be created for most any task
Recipients can approve or deny routes right from email
Denied routes can be returned to originator for changes
Approvers can make changes to existing routes in progress
Changed data is not written to database without approval
