Editor's Notes
When you talk to someone in person, its one-on-one, maybe one to a few. When you send aneblast, its definitely one to many and the conversation stops. When you use social platforms, its one-to-one, to many, and then you have a conversation.

The week of July 4th was a rough one for Claire’s Corner Copia. The restaurant was closed due to renovations. But we turned a potential negative into a positive for the community, but asking the online audience about their favorite eats, leading up to the big question, who should the next Coins for Causes benefit. Every month, Claire’s puts a jar out for Coins for Causes, so the public may donate change or a few dollars to local organizations. Every June, Claire’s Coins for Causes goes to Alex’s Lemonade Stand, and an actual physical one day event occurs.
From a business perspective, we may be losing physical sales, but Claire’s is still top of mind online. We are also keeping our online audience engaged each day. The presence is there.
