Sheila Asato, M.A., is an embodied imagination coach, the founder of Monkey Bridge Arts, an artist and Japan specialist. Her work focuses on the healing and spiritual aspects of cultivating an active relationship with imagery through dreams, art, and writing. She is also a cross-cultural trainer for Shepell-fgi, providing customized training in cross-cultural psychology and communication for business people and their families, with a special emphasis on Japan – America relations. Asato holds a Master’s degree in Human Development, as well as a BA with honors in East Asian Studies and Fine Art.
