Space Foundation New Generation -- Young Professionals Program

Founded in 2008, the Space Foundation’s New Generation initiatives target aerospace professionals 35 and younger. The program fosters meaningful, long-term peer relationships by providing access to top space leaders through program opportunities at Space Symposium and throughout the year. Our goal is to fuel the future for young professionals and be the driving force in helping them launch their careers further.

  1. 1. Founded in 2008 as a forum to foster meaningful, long-term peer relationships between space professionals aged 35 and younger, and to provide access to top space leaders and opportunities for individual career development and mentorship.

Valuable/Structured Programming • Customized and scalable programs, workshops, webinars, networking • Workforce development Public Awareness • Local events/networking/public outreach • Share information relevant to the New Gen audience through social media channels. Sponsorships/Philanthropic Giving • ADM Ellis New Generation National Security Scholarship • Integrate the interest and needs of Corporate Members for sponsorship • Individual and Corporate Giving (Swigert Society forYoung Leaders) Mentor Program • Fostering Relationships with young professionals and Mentors • Provide opportunity to young professionals to speak with senior leaders for career advice
