2. - Approve unit proofs, reports, settlement memos & related supporting documents and
ensure their correctness, consistency, and availability to ensure effective decision
making.
- Achieve target set, through close monitoring subordinates’ performance, number of call/
visits and flow rates for each bucket to identify potential loss accounts.
- Set priorities and put the suitable ideas in order to enhance negotiation, work skills and
all other factors that may enhance the job performance in order to settle the problematic
accounts and reduce the irregularities.
- Participate and recommend improvements to policies, processes and procedures and
manage their implementation to ensure all relevant procedural / legislative requirements
are fulfilled.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations
and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal
position and mitigate any potential risks.
