Camp Workshop Concept
CAMP workshop provides children with opportunities to find
their own ways to express themselves and to expand their
circle of communication
, while having fun, through creative work , group work, and
presentation of their work.
At CAMP workshops, a greater emphasis is placed on children
experiencing the process of “thinking””making” “presenting”
and “reflecting” than on completing or refining their efforts.
Moreover we believe that the most important thing is for
children to take the initiative and enjoy the activities in these
processes.

Ranjith went town in his new Prado. The town
has changed a lot. He wanted to buy a Daily
News. He stopped at the stall. He was
shocked, seeing Mala in the vegetable stall

A Chain Game
Starting with the last letter.
Stand in a circle.
Group leader tells a word.
(Don’t use names of towns and people.)
Next child tells another word with the last letter of the
previous word.
Cat → tail → leg
The failures must sit down.
Count the standing ones and select the winner.

Pass the word cards among the participants while music is heard. When the music
is stopped, the one who has the bag should take one strip and describe something about it.

A machine used for making air or water warmer

A Kitchen utensil or a tool used for stirring eggs etc.. very fast
9. grinder
A tool /machine used for grinding a solid substance into powder
10. oven
A part of a cooker or stove in which food is cooked or heated
11. toaster
An electric machine that you put slices of bread into make toast
12. knife
A sharp blade with a handle used for cutting vegetables or things

  • 3. Camp Workshop Concept CAMP workshop provides children with opportunities to find their own ways to express themselves and to expand their circle of communication , while having fun, through creative work , group work, and presentation of their work. At CAMP workshops, a greater emphasis is placed on children experiencing the process of “thinking””making” “presenting” and “reflecting” than on completing or refining their efforts. Moreover we believe that the most important thing is for children to take the initiative and enjoy the activities in these processes.
