Starting in operations function spanning 11 years and a further 13 years making selective and successful transitions building my career in sales management, including branch distribution, channels partnership and sales force performance management. Was seconded overseas during the GFC period in 2008 and played an active role in the post acquisition stage of DBS-Bowa bank transformation phase.
Adherence to system discipline and execution oriented, I enjoy the intensity of sales management and strategic implementation to produce impactful business outcomes and closing the gap between the results delivered and promised.
