Contacts with clients and other business units
over the phone or email
Query resolution
Customer account reconciliation
Maintaining low aged balances
Reporting status of outstanding positions
Candidate’s profile
Very good knowledge of Spanish or
Portuguese
Good knowledge of English
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Multitasking
High motivation to achieve target levels
Ability to work and deliver reports within
deadline
Strong analytical skills and problem solving
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to work during Polish holidays when
required
