I get satisfaction from improving the practices of DevOps teams. My background is software testing. I helped many teams as test consultant and test manager for 18 years . I also have experience in improving business support and improve IT service management . Last 4 years I worked in an Agile , Lean and Scrum context. My goal for the coming years in order to gain experience in helping teams to improve their DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices . I will initiate change by entering into dialogue with the DevOps teams about why and how they want to improve. I 'm at my best when I can explore areas that are unknown to me and the organization I work for.
