While most industries have adopted new marketing tools, there
is a huge discrepancy between organisations – many property
developers and real estate agents have simply missed the
opportunity to fully exploit social media channels.
Estate agents and property developers thrive on the ability to build
one-to-one relationships (creating trust is key to generating
business). Getting to know consumers, engaging in personal
conversations and showing interest in consumers is what property
