About Product Cost Analytics 
Value Proposition 
–Product Cost Analytics helps user to make critical sourcing decisions to drive profitable innovation and be competitive in the market place. This solution is built using Oracle BI Platform (OBIEE) tool and ODI) platforms. This solution comes with pre-built Multi dimensional data model, Data Integration with Agile PLM source, Analytical model and Dashboards/Reports. 
Key Use Cases 
–Supplier Rationalization and spend projection helps user in choosing right Supplier after looking at various factors such as past performance, credibility, quality, price, flexibility and strategic partnership etc. 
–Cost Performance gives insight into overall company performance in sourcing projects eg. Cost variance (target price - quoted price) over a period of time etc. 
–Negotiation Effectiveness helps in measuring negotiation effectiveness of a company and identify best possible price from a supplier based on different factors such qty, effective date etc. 
–BOM Cost Analysis helps in determining the cost of developing a product with most current design, impact of design changes in the cost of product, best possible cost for a given product design. 
–Price Analysis will help in making key decisions by understanding price trends based on different parameters such as inflation, global economic conditions, supplier efficiency, labor cost etc.
