I T FORCE Engagement Model With years of Experience working with large Enterprise I T Customers, we have jointly developed our flagship Hire, Train & Deploy model. Our engagement model begins with an agreement between the partners. We, in collaboration with Client, will source and shortlist project and industry specific profiles of candidates who are capable of being transformed via our exceptional training programs. All such candidates will be further interviewed and screened by our client; creating a pool of exceptionally trainable candidates. Provisional offer of employment is made to all final list of candidates. Those who accept the offer will be taken through a rigorous training for up skilling or re skilling, creating a pool of project ready resources. The training at I T FORCE is either at the candidates’ own cost or at the cost of employer depending on the agreement. Periodically, the client will evaluate the quality of training, improvement and readiness of potential employees, and suggest I T FORCE for additional training and improvements. All candidates going through the training will be evaluated by our client at the end of the training program for their readiness; those who are successful will be pooled for deployment in actual projects, while those who are not will be re-trained.
