Why Agile as a new organization model?
Our Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) world asks for a new response in
how we deal with the digitalization of our society, unlimited technological possibilities, more
demanding customers, variety of working partners and the possibilities of globalization. The
Agile way of working is the great response how organizations/teams are organized to deal
with these demands.
Working Agile makes you more effective and innovative. You get a shorter time-to-market
and you become more adaptable to change. The successes of companies such as Google,
Netflix, Zappos and Spotify make Agile even more interesting and appealing. These
companies are organized in an Agile way and are all well-known for their innovative
organization and collaborative culture.
Empowerment and ownership of people and squads
InContext has experience working with organizations that implemented a Spotify-inspired
