Working from a distance comes with it’s own set of challenges. Remote teams need to combat the “out of sight, out of mind” mentality and learn how to build trust in new ways because a remote team that doesn’t trust each other is basically doomed.
On the other hand, when a team is aligned very well, they operate together as a cohesive unit. They look for ways to help each other, and they maintain healthy relationships.
In this workshop we’ll explore how digital nomads, virtual entrepreneurs, and global organizations are reaching through the screens to collaborate seamlessly at a distance.
