Grandfather Golf and Country Club (GGCC) is located at the base of Grandfather
Mountain, the highest peak in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
GGCC is a gated, private, member-owned golf and country club community. In
all, the club includes 258 single family homes and 150 golf villa condominiums.
GGCC is a golf-oriented community, with two 18-hole courses; one is the
venerable ‘Championship Course’; the other is the ‘Executive Course’ … both
courses were designed by the legendary Ellis Maples.
The Championship Course has the coveted distinction of being selected as one
of the ‘Top 100’ Golf Courses in the United States, in each year since it was
originally built. It is also consistently ranked as the finest mountain course in
the Carolinas; within North Carolina, GGCC is ranked second only to the iconic
Pinehurst.

Club offers a full complement of five-star amenities including indoor and
outdoor tennis, championship croquet, a large freshwater lake with white sandy
beach, a fine Clubhouse with an array of dining options and services, including

Two (2) Full Club Memberships are included in the sale of ‘Breezy Hill’.
The Annual Club dues for 139 Mountain View Rd. are $9,650. The annual
fee for the ‘Village General Fund’ is $1,950. The annual fee for the ‘Village
Infrastructure Fund’ is $850.
There are no Annual Club dues for 235 Mountain Springs Rd. The annual
fee for the ‘Village General Fund’ is $1,825. The annual fee for the ‘Village
Infrastructure Fund’ is $850.
Annual dues cover maintenance of all roads and common areas in the
Club; operation and maintenance of the Club House and Club facilities;
