1. Stuart worked in the capacity of Superintendent with Oceaneering for the last 12 years gaining first-hand
experience working on Vessels with single and dual ROV systems, with both "Tophat" TMS and Cage
deployed ROV's Activities include:
Positioning survey and metrology for installation activities.
Touch-down monitoring and As-laid detailed surveys
Supporting flexible pipe and umbilical cable lay projects
Suction pile installation and mooring hookup
Tree and Manifold installations ("Trees on Wire")
Jumper installation with both CAT and CVC connection systems
Wellhead abandonment activities
Jacket, Mooring Chain and Hull Inspections
Mattress Installations
Supporting diving operations
Cathodic Protection Visual Surveys
Cathodic Potential survey using reference electrode
Drilling Rigs and Deepwater Drill ships to support drilling activities and field
development. Activities include:
Maintaining Dual systems operating in remote regions.
Monitoring spud activities with both jetting and drilling options.
Guide base and Wellhead lockdown.
Confirmation of cementing with real time monitoring tools in addition to general
observation.
Deepwater Completions and Tree Installation, including ROV WOCS skids.
Oceaneering TMIST Operations ( Tree Manifold in Situ Testing )
Dredging and cuttings remediation
Riser surveys
BOP monitoring activities and maintenance
Hydrate observations and remediation
Transponder deployment and recovery

BOP intervention and routine function testing
Diamond wire cutting and miscellaneous activities with standard and bespoke tooling.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The planning and supervision of ROV operations and ROV operational personnel.
To ensure that all ROV operations are conducted in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
To represent the Company at the offshore work location.
To supervise and maintain the standards and procedures setout in Company Quality Assurance (QA)
and Safety Policy in conjunction with Client and Regulatory Guidelines.
Carrying out system mobilisation interface inspections and reporting back with recommendations of key
variables of costs, time, quality, scope and risk
Accountable for safely bringing to completion projectmobilisations ofROV system both single and twin
on-board various vessels and rigs.
