•	 To negotiate every contract to the highest price possible.
•	 Always to act in your interest and upon your instructions, provided any instructions are within the statutory
requirements and comply with the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act.
•	 If I fail to provide any of the above, you are invited to bring it to the attention of the Principal.
If I or we do not rectify the matter within 7 days of the receipt of your advice you have the
option of terminating the Agency Agreement.
