- About Alliance Financial Services Limited (AFSL) formally commenced operation under a new management team on April 15, 2008.The predecessor of the company, known as MFH Financial Services Limited, was formed in early 2002 as a Merchant Bank licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Bangladesh with limited focus on Corporate Advisory services.
