• The brand wants to position itself as the number one preferred medical laboratory service provider
in the Gulf and MENA region, meeting the highest quality standards based on regional and
international best practices.
• It’s competition within the U.A.E has a weak presence online, and is not active on social media
and even in terms of influencers.
• This is an opportunity for the brand to help increase awareness for the services that the brand
provides online and also build credibility for its services through influencers.
